In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, or have manufacturing faults please contact us immediately on 1300 555150 or email email@example.com so that we can resolve the problem.
If you are not completely happy with your choice of product, we are happy to exchange your product for credit or refund within 5 business days of receiving it. In order to be eligible for exchange or refund, you must notify us for approval and return the product in it’s original packaging and saleable condition.
All return costs are payable by you and we suggest you insure the item and return by Registered Post or Courier. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods or damage caused during return.
