Terms and Shipping Information for Online Orders

Thank you for visiting Villa Mondo, we value your custom and trust you are very happy with your purchases. Our stock changes regularly, so we invite you to come back often to see the latest releases, clearance bargains and offers.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Although we try to maintain accurate information on our website, if for some reason the item is out of stock, we will contact and advise you accordingly. 

Retail Sales Pricing and Delivery 
Unless you are registered as a wholesale customer, the pricing that appears on our website is our recommended retail price including GST, is in Australian Dollars and is for shipping within Australia. Overseas orders are possible, however shipping charges will vary and are to be arranged by the receiver.


Delivery
Once your payment is received we endeavour to dispatch goods within 3 working days either by Courier or Australia Post depending on the contents of the order, weight and destination of the goods. 

You must provide a delivery address where the goods can be received safely. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are to be left in a non-secure place. Any redelivery charges are payable by you.


NOTE If the items ordered are made of glass or are large in size, delivery will be made by StarTrack Express or TNT and a street address for delivery must be provided where a signatory is available.

At all times we aim for prompt delivery and dispatch, however delivery times are indicative only as they depend on third parties beyond our control. Villa Mondo Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any failure to meet delivery times after dispatch.

Generally, delivery to an address in metropolitan cities is received within 5 working days of dispatch. Outer metropolitan and country areas are an additional 2 days.

1. In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, or have manufacturing faults please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the problem. 

2. If you are not completely happy with your choice of product, we are happy to exchange your product for credit or refund within 5 business days of receiving it. In order to be eligible for exchange or refund, you must notify us for approval and return the product in it’s original packaging and saleable condition. All return costs are payable by you and we suggest you insure the item and return by Registered Post or Courier. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods or damage caused during return.
